At EVERTECH, our Taiwan R&D department serves as the central R&D hub for the entire EverTech Group. Here, we develop and refine the advanced technologies needed to drive our business forward, from automation to 3D printing and material applications. Once these technologies reach maturity, we seamlessly implement them across our international facilities. Beyond our headquarters with its dedicated R&D center, each of our regional plants has its own specialized R&D department. They work hand-in-hand with our Taiwan team to ensure effective technology transfer and rapid, consistent deployment across our global operations. This teamwork is a crucial element in our journey towards becoming a fully realized Intelligent Factory 2.0.

Our ongoing research areas include

3D Printing

With state-of-the-art, in-house 3D printing capabilities, we offer technical services for both functional testing and look-see samples.

FDM: Using production-grade materials like TPU and Pebax, we create filaments for 3D printing. These parts are suitable for functional testing and can also be incorporated into finished products.

SLA: Primarily using PP, our SLA 3D printing yields more refined-looking parts with shorter print times. Ideal for look-see samples and jigs, these parts, however, are not intended for assembly in final products.
